- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Rude, uncaring, irresponsible staff. I made my appointment with this office over a month ago. They reconfirmed my appointment the day before. After driving 45 minutes to get there, the very RUDE receptionist said the Dr. could not see me because my referral had expired. This did not make sense because my primary sent the referral also a month and a half ago. I asked the rude receptionist to help me rectify this with my primary and she REFUSED. She said this was my responsibility. I was floored. I went back to my primary and they could not understand why Dr. Water's office did not call them. My primary said they would have taken care of whatever error in 5 minutes. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend this practice ever and certainly will NEVER go back there againJanuary 16, 2017by Karen Vera
