- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After being on hold for 12 minutes trying to set up an appointment, I decided to look at the reviews and I found them below my satisfaction level. Considering that I am writing this review while still on hold, and it is now 14 minutes just to try to get to the part of "when would you like to come in", I hung up.
