- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had used East West Physicians for a few different types of services. At first I was happy with Dr.Reyes but quickly that changed. I decided to have Crystal apply Permanent eyeliner on my upper and lower lids. She told me there would be 2 applications. She did both.. One side does not have any on the upper inner eyelid and it has two lines on the outer and the other isn't straight. When so asked for it to be fixed I was told the girl said she took all the time she is going to. Sorry and there was no credit, discount or anything.
